BEAUTIFUL RUSTIC PROPERTY NEAR THE TOWN OF GALAPAGAR

The Use Regime established for said land is established in Articles 3.6.1 to 3.6.9, specifically in Section 3.6 "Rustic Land" of the NN. SS-1976. At the same time it is included in the Regional Park of the Middle Course of the Guadarrama. In view of both circumstances, in application of the provisions of the Transitory Provisions of the current Law 9/2001 of the Land of the Community of Madrid, the property in its entirety is assimilated to the Classification of "Non-Developable Land of Protection", classification defined in the Land Law, whose regime is regulated in articles 28 and 29 of the same.
