What an opportunity! This beautiful studio suite is located in the Royal West Indies Resort. The hotel is a Grace Bay Beach favorite and enjoys many repeat guests. It's also one of the few places you'll find reasonably priced condos on this world famous beach. Studios are a very popular rental and the income has historically covered expenses and produced a strong return for the owner. The Pelican Bay restaurant is one of my favorite places for a sunset cocktail with frequent theme nights including the "Lobster Extravaganza", "Caribbean BBQ Cookout", "Bambarra Fish Fry" and Sunday's "Jerk Fiesta". The grocery store, shops and restaurants of Grace Bay are also just a short stroll away.
