This jewel is located on the banks of the Rio Dulce de Guatemala, 5 minutes from the airfield and 15 minutes from the access road.
In the middle of tropical nature, 5 bungalows are grouped around a main building. A total of 1,600 m² of living space on a single floor, connected by walkways. There are 30 beds available.
A beautifully designed outdoor area with bar, barbecue, swimming pool and jacuzzi invite you to relax. The views to the west are magnificent and offer indescribable sunsets.
The main building houses a spacious kitchen very well equipped with Italian appliances. The open kitchen adjoins a spacious dining and living room with double height ceilings.
The furnishings are of exceptional taste and excellent quality. It offers every conceivable comfort. All rooms can be air-conditioned separately.
Electricity is supplied by the public power grid with a 35 kV transformer. A 60 kV single-phase generator is available as a backup system.
River water is converted to potable water by a German water treatment plant.
The kitchen, dining room and living room, as well as 2 bungalows, have a Mitsubishi central air conditioning system. The other 3 bungalows each have an air conditioning unit.
The service and surveillance room has an 18,000 btu Minisplit air conditioning unit.
A powerful lightning rod has been installed on the site (25 m high tower connected to copper batteries and dynamos from the ground line of each building).
For wastewater there is a sewage treatment plant with concrete septic tanks.
