You can rent a furnished 2+1 duplex in Güvercinlik, within walking distance of the beach,with renovated bathroom and kitchen, during the summer period. The duplex house has 1 open living room, 1 bathroom-WC, 2 bedrooms and 1 separate WC.
There is a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the lower room. Kitchenware, textile products,
white goods (no dishwasher), air conditioning, and hot water are available. The most untouched bay of the peninsula, the place where you first see the sea along
the Bodrum road is in "Güvercinlik - Center" It is 10 minutes away from the airport and bus terminal, via the Milas - Bodrum Highway,
and 20 minutes away from Bodrum Center. It is on the minibus line where you can reach various parts of Bodrum. It is 1 minute walk to the sea. Our house consists of an open kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The lounge has an authentic seating area and a wooden bar corner. There is a compartment that can be used as a pantry / cloakroom. There is a separate section within the bedroom that offers different usage alternatives
such as study / children's room or guest room / storage area. The bedroom has its own separate sink and toilet. There is air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. It offers car parking facilities. Opposite there are local and chain markets and liquor stores. It is rented furnished. Kitchen equipment is available.
